Last updated: July 17, 2026

Cifra is a product operated by NovoPayment Inc., domiciled in Panama City, Panama. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit cifraspend.com or contact us, for what purpose, and your rights as a data subject.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is NovoPayment Inc., provider of the Cifra software. This website (cifraspend.com) is for information and commercial-outreach purposes. Cifra is not a banking service or a payment processor operated directly to the public; the banks that license Cifra are the ones providing financial services to their end customers under their own brand.

2. What data we collect

Contact data that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: name, business email, institution, organization type and message. Technical anonymous data automatically generated when you visit the site: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, approximate country-level location. We do not collect sensitive data or financial information from this site.

3. Purpose of processing

To respond to your commercial inquiries, schedule demos, and send product information you request. Technical data: to understand which content resonates with the market and improve the site. We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Legal basis

Submitting the contact form constitutes your express consent for us to contact you. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to ventas@cifraspend.com.

5. Data sharing

Your data stays within NovoPayment Inc. and its affiliates. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics) that act as processors under contractual data-protection clauses. We do not share personal data with third parties outside that chain, except when required by law or a competent authority.

6. Data retention

We keep contact data for the duration of the active commercial relationship plus 24 months for traceability and compliance. Aggregate technical data is kept for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it, object to its processing and request its portability. You may exercise any of these rights by writing to ventas@cifraspend.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law of your jurisdiction.

8. Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies (language preference, session) and first-party analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage. We do not use advertising cookies or share browsing data with social networks or advertising third parties. By continuing to browse, you accept the use of these cookies.

9. International transfers

NovoPayment operates across multiple jurisdictions in Latin America and the Caribbean. Your data may be processed in Panama, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, the United States or other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate. In all cases we require contractual safeguards equivalent to this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated to active contacts by email.
